Acceptable modes of payment: Cash, Credit cards (Master, Visa only)
Cancellations and Refunds
More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid
Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through fax on +91 40 2311 8833 or on the corresponding email ID: athomehyd@gmail.com ONLY. Otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.
In case of payments made by credit card, please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. In all other cases, a cheque will be issued.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
