1. Entire room tariff amount should be paid during check-in time. (Corporates/Long term stay Clients payment as per agreed contract terms)

2. If you are extending your stay, pending amount should be paid before next check in time.

3. Early Check in and Late Check out charges will be charged as per the rules applicable but subject to availability of rooms etc

4. Visitors are not allowed into rooms. Guest sitting area can be utilized for the same.

5. Breakfast will be served between 8 am and 10 am. Lunch between 12.30 pm and 3 pm. Dinner between 7.30 pm and 10 pm. Early morning tea/cofee services start from 7 am onwards.

6. Room service for kitchen orders would approximately take 25 minutes. This may vary during peak demand hours. Kitchen service is not available between 10 pm and 7am.

7. Outside food deliveries (Zomato, Swiggy etc) should be collected at reception. Delivery persons are not allowed to hotel rooms.

8. Laundry service timings are between 9 am 12 pm. Delivered in 1 day. If laundry is provided after 12 pm, it would take 2 days to deliver. Sunday is a holiday for Laundry.

9. Smoking and Alcohol is NOT allowed in the hotel (room, room corridors, hotel lobby, dining area etc)

10. Unmarried couples are NOT allowed to stay in same room. For married couples, please furnish necessary marriage proof if asked by front office.

11. Please do not eat food on the bed.

12. Please switch off water tap after use. Water is limited and expensive.

13. Right to entry is reserved.
